Cancellation Policy
Once you have purchased an elearning course and it has been issued, you will not be able to cancel or receive a refund for the elearning product. if you cancel prior to any pool or open water training you will receive a refund for that portion of the course only. Once the elearning is completed you have 12 months to complete your pool and open water sessions and receive your certification. If you are doing the traditional Instructor led in person class. Once your books (Crew Pack) have been issued there will be no refunds for the Crew Pack. If you have not started any pool or open water training that portion will be refunded.
